At Waddington All Saints Academy, we believe that the voices, experiences and influence of our pupils are essential in shaping and improving our provision. We value the voice of pupils ad aim to work together to achieve our shared vision.

Waddington All Saints Academy School Council is a group of pupils who work together alongside staff, to help organise school improvements, raise awareness and support hand chosen charities. Every child in across school has the opportunity to apply to be a class representative. This process involves the pupils writing speeches, delivering them and the whole class voting for their chosen representatives.  School council work has included: organising charity days, raising awareness for different matters, carrying out pupil voice surveys and attending LEAD multi-academy trust pupil voice events on behalf of our academy.

Alongside our School Council, we have four groups of ambassadors: Proud Ambassadors, Sustainability Ambassadors, Kindness Ambassadors, and Diversity Ambassadors. Representing each class from Reception to Year 6, these ambassadors play an active role in shaping our school community. Like the School Council, they were chosen by their peers through a voting process.
